George J. Massoud, Esq., a lifelong resident of Utica, New York, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Utica College in 1991 with a B.S. in Construction Management. He received his Juris Doctorate in December 1995 from Syracuse University College of Law and was admitted to practice in the State of New York in June 1996.
